They provide the guidance to help clients achieve their personal health, fitness and performance goals via the implementation of exercise programs and suggested lifestyle modifications.

A form of coaching that uses technology instead of face-to-face interaction. It is a great option for people who cannot meet with their coach in person. Or those who want to work on their own time.

Instruct or coach groups or individuals in exercise activities for the primary purpose of personal fitness. Demonstrate techniques and form, observe participants, and explain to them corrective measures necessary to improve their skills. Develop and implement individualized approaches to exercise.

TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user's body weight to complete the exercises.
